Other Cleaning Services :

Changing beds, doing laundry, washing dishes, organizing household items all qualify as "maid service" and are charged extra.

lst time cleaning: Includes general cleaning throughout the whole house, checking for cobwebs, dusting, baseboards, dusting window frames, cleaning of fans and vents.

Regular clients: Cleaning inside the oven, refrigerator or cabinets will generally be charged extra.

Empty houses (Real Estate, Commercial, etc.): Price depends on size and condition. On-site estimate may be required.

Other: We do not climb, move heavy furniture, touch antiques or collectibles, inside china cabinets, fireplaces, etc. Washing windows is an extra charge, and we can only clean those that are reachable or tilt-in. Polishing silver is extra; Venetian blinds will be dusted only (wiped not washed). Cobwebs, window/door frames, trim, ceiling fans are checked periodically. Non-living areas(eg. laundry/utility rooms, garages) are an extra charge. Very Heavy Cleaning: Estimate could be more, e.g. $400 - $500. (special cases that need extra cleaning may require an on-site estimate).
Note: The price range given by phone/email should be considered to be a rough estimate only. Our teams have been with us for many years and are well-experienced. Once the team arrives and begins cleaning, they will have a better perception of what's required and the cost. The team will be aware of the estimated range at the time of service. After the first cleaning we will discuss the cleaning with the team leader and assess the rate for future cleanings.

Trip Charge: (Applies for those homes we don't have a key for) There will be a $25 trip charge if cleaning is scheduled and the team arrives and the door is locked or if nobody is home and the team is unable to clean.
